Now in my third career, people call me the Laughing Diva. I'm no longer content to just "make you laugh" as I was for years--because you only get the benefit while I'm on stage. My mission is to teach YOU how to breathe and relax and allow your inner happiness to flow.

WHAT TO EXPECTY ou’ll get a very precise baseline with a functional breathing test (BIQ) that will let you know exactly how well you breathe and how it is affecting your body and mind. You’ll learn how to correct your breathing, strengthen your breathing muscles and learn a short “relax-fast” recovery breath to use daily. This is an intensive, dynamic process where you will feel relief immediately.
The physical benefits. The breathing class is a lung workout. It exercises your diaphragm, intercostal muscles, and, if practiced regularly, can positively affect your lung capacity and velocity (the two factors considered when looking at “lung age”). Increased blood and oxygen flow to the brain and body have significant physical impact on your wellbeing, and a host of health benefits.
Active meditation has psychological benefits that are a great addition to any therapy. The increased oxygen flow and intense relaxation which automatically happens afterwards helps you “let go” of anger and sadness, letting you feel “unstuck” mentally. If you challenge yourself to “let go” (like you might with a chiropractor or massage therapist trying to go “deeper”) and ask yourself hard personal questions during the practice, you’ll be rewarded with clarity and strength.

I get to have fun for a living by teaching you how to breathe and laugh, which is the simplest way that I know to access happiness. Instantly. Enduringly. Regardless of the mood you're in.
I've always had an irrepressible urge to laugh (especially in trying circumstances), an oversized sense of humor, and a calling toward adventure. At 19, I ran away to join the circus where I became a professional clown and learned to juggle. As part of my training i studied mime with Marcel Marceau, theater arts at the California Institute of the Arts, and acting with numerous well-known coaches: Stella Adler, Sheila Gray and Elizabeth Browning.
I also worked for many years on the Clown Care Unit of The Big Apple Circus, visiting kids on intensive care units throughout NYC hospitals as Dr. FunnyBone.
For my second career I worked as a sales person, selling diamonds and real estate. I got so stressed that I found my way to laughter yoga, and eventually became certified as a LY Teacher with world-renowned physician Dr. Madan Kataria, founder of the Laughter Yoga movement. I learned that laughter is a special and essential form of breathing, and that laughter exercises are a remarkably effective way to reduce stress.
I call my new generation of offerings The Happiness Workout, and it combines two important healing modalities: BREATHING and positive thinking. A handful of simple exercises can prove to you that happiness is very much within your reach, regardless of circumstances.
Breathing right is essential to your happiness. I show you how to work it, and then you take it from there. It'll change the way you react to stressful situations and difficult people.
